“APEAMEX STRENGTHENS THE INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE OF MEXICO STATE AVOCADOS”

The association is preparing to participate for the third time in The Global Produce & Floral Show,, one of the most prominent events in the global agricultural industry.

Since 2024 APEAMEX has participated in The Global Produce & Floral Show, an event that marked the first presence of avocados from the the State of Mexico at this important international forum.

The event brings together industry leaders, buyers, distributors, and importers from the fresh produce sector, making it a strategic platform to promote the quality of Mexican avocados, expand their international reach, and create new business opportunities.

Through its participation, APEAMEX has strengthened relationships with international buyers, particularly importers from Canada and Japan. U.S. companies have also expressed interest in Mexican avocados due to their quality and commercial potential, pending the completion of the necessary validation processes to begin exports to the United States.

During The Global Produce & Floral Show 2025,the APEAMEX booth welcomed the Consul General of Mexico in Los Angeles. This meeting helped strengthen the association’s relationship with Mexican institutions and highlight the joint efforts of producers and packers from the State of Mexico to access new markets.

On the Road to Orlando 2026

This year, APEAMEX is preparing to participate for the third time in The Global Produce & Floral Show,which will be held in Orlando, Florida.For this edition, our booth will be part of the Mexico Pavilion, where we will share the stage with some of the most prominent companies and organizations in Mexico’s agri-food sector.

This new participation reaffirms APEAMEX commitment to promoting the competitiveness and internationalization of Mexican avocado, as well as creating opportunities that benefit the entire value chain.
